product.

 Conduct Market survey for maping of existing as well as new products.

 Monitoring competitor’s activity & Market demands.

 Generation of Spares Enquiries, Conduct spare parts sale promotional


activities.
 To achieve Service Income through Paid Jobs, AMC , O & M Contract
targets

 To develop customer,OEM & contractors relationship and to retain It .

 Interaction with OE suppliers on regional basis for product support and resolution of
field issues.

 Development of dealers, dealers Infrastructure on Continuous basis.

 Ensuring Spare Parts availability by planning & Monitoring the Targets and
Achievements

 Interacting with customers for solving their technical problems.

 To Co-ordinate with Sales & Spare Parts to make the smooth running of
the compressor.

 Collecting & collating data on repeat jobs/ other specific complaints &
discussing the same with the manufacturing team for counter measures.

Sales / Business Development

 Overseeing the sales operations, thereby achieving increased sales


growth through Annual Maintenance contracts/Paid jobs for
compressors and sales of other service related products.

 Utilizing customer feedback & personal network to develop marketing


intelligence for generating leads.

 Implementing pre/post sales promotional activities for brand building


& market development.

 Demonstrated abilities in cementing healthy relationship with the


customers for generating business

 Proven skills in managing teams to work in synchronise with the


corporate objectives & motivating them for achieving business and
individual goals
