I’m highly versatile and resourceful Industrial & Manufacturing engineering graduate, as my
majors are concerned, I have through understanding of operations management, Material &
supply chain management, performance excellence, process optimization and Lean
manufacturing. I have also great understanding and skills at ERP(enterprise resource planning)
project management and design tool like SAP and MS excel. In recent past during my internship
I optimized the consumption of mixed gas at AGRON PLANT Nestle skp plant and save 1.5 lakh
per month.
During my four year in university I actively participated in various societies and gained experience
of building and leading the teams. I also understand that you seek an individual with outstanding
leadership skills. I noticed that your company values the individuals who are able to effectively
communicate and can give unique and creative ideas. I’m interested to bring my ideas and
expertise to this company to help and lead projects.

What would be your greatest strength according to your family and

friend, why???
My greatest strength according to my family and friends is my positive attitude even during most
hardest of times. My positive attitude makes me self-motivated and keep me driving in pressure
situations. During my final year project, we were performing simulation runs of collected data
and there were problems in logics building, we were not able to identify the programming error
while executing the simulation runs. But I kept my team motivated, and we didn’t give up and
finally we got the desired result.
