administration through its Committee on Discipline that your

classes. He/she has constantly violated school policies which we know you are aware of since your
attention was called in their early offenses. The school can no longer tolerate such actions which
might affect the majority of the students.

We have done our best to help and reach out your child. We have given enough time and
consideration for him/her but still no changes was observed. The school therefore withdraws its full
responsibility towards your son/daughter. His/Her expulsion was decided, after thorough
deliberation among his/her teachers.

However, you are free to pull out his/her records provided you have settled all your financial
obligations for the whole school year.
