Job profile is handling Inbound calls for Credit Card and General banking queries.
❖ Also handling the CRU (Customer Response Unit) through web based process.
❖ Managing the entire Team Data that includes Cross selling and Break Defects.
❖ Also was the mentor for the new joinees and helping them in achieving their targets.
Migrated to U.K process where I worked as a processer. The job profile comprises execution of payment
transactions after taking approval from Relationship manager of UK Branches also dealt with the closures of
saving and corporate accounts.

• Increasing revenue, decreasing AHT, Inbound and Outbound call ratios, fraudulent activity on a customer
account etc.
• Reports and Audit analysis to prepare an effective action plan within a given time interval.
• Preparing Audit sheet/trackers depending upon the nature of audit and the desired results to be obtained /
required by the operations.
