Note: for all print ads collateral 1 year usage except billboards and no lockout.

TERMS AND CONDITION

 All items are non vat

 Contingency are is not included in the package, and any extra materials request is subject for
billing.
 Our company shall not be responsible for failure to perform in view of “FORCE MAJEUR” event
such as power failure, Equipment exposure to abnormal conditions, inadequate installation
requirements, normal component breakdown, natural calamities, war, etc. such events our
liability is limited to waiving the rental fee.
 Crew meal and drinks is not included airfare round tickets / all transportation services (back and
fort) and Hotel accommodation.
 Venue is overtime rate will be shouldered by the client.
 In Case of cancelation of the event after the talent casting and booking approval by the client,
equipment’s have been properly delivered and set up shall be conditioned with a penalty of 50%
of the above total rate.
 Once signed, this offer will served as an official contract between our company and client.
 We are requiring full payment before the event due to limited time.
