BUSINESS STATUS
Business Status is to determine a person’s status when joining the business, based on the
initial amount of personal purchase and additional personal purchase after that to
upgrade the Business Status.

1.1. Welcome Business Force (WBF) is a person joining the business with the personal
purchase of minimum 20 Tokens for 1 account.

1.2. Super Business Force (SBF) is a person joining the business with the
personal purchase of minimum 60 Tokens for 3 accounts.

1.3. Elite Business Force (EBF) is a person joining the business with the personal
purchase of minimum 140 Tokens for 7 accounts.

* Different Business Status will have different benefits.

* Business Status is upgradable.
* Silver Token – ST.

2. PERSONAL SALE (DIRECT SPONSORSHIP) BONUS

Different Business Status will enjoy different amount of percentage from selling the
products or sponsoring:

2.1. Welcome Business Force (WBF)  5%

2.2. Super Business Force (SBF)  7%
2.3. Elite Business Force (EBF)  10%

3. MARKETING SUPPORT BONUS

5% from World Pool Sales to be shared by all qualified Business Force (BF) based on
the Silver Token amount left in their Silver Box of every qualified term and
their BF Status:

3.1. Welcome Business Force (WBF) entitled for 20 – 35 consecutive Terms*.

3.2. Super Business Force (SBF) entitled for 30 – 45 consecutive Terms*.

3.3. Elite Business Force (EBF) entitled for 50 consecutive Terms*.

* To qualify, one must directly sponsor 2 BFs with the same Business Status or higher.

The amount shared will not exceed 5% of the total Silver Token (value)
remaining in each of the qualified BF Silver Box at the end of each term. The
remaining amount after the distribution will be saved in the 5% World Pool Box for
the following term and so on.

4. DEVELOPMENT BONUS (DOUBLE BONUS)

10% from World Pool Sales to be shared by all BFs based on the amount of Gold Tokens
in the BF Gold-Box at the end of each term.

The amount shared will not exceed 7.5% of the total Gold Token (value)
remaining in each of the qualified BF Gold-Box at the end of each term. The
remaining amount after the distribution will be saved in the 10% World Pool Box for
the following term and so on.

5. DOUBLE PAIRING BONUS (DPB)
25% from World Pool Sales is allocated for DPB in every term. With the combination, left
to right, of 60 Silver Tokens and 40 Silver Tokens for 1 pair (Normal Pairing), vice versa and
subsequently, the extra Tokens on one side will be calculated based on 100 Silver Tokens
for 1 pair until it reach the Normal Paired Amount and the remainder will be carried over
to the next term.

6. SPECIAL REGISTRATION USING GOLD TOKEN

Every registration using Gold Token will be upgraded:

6.1. Using 20 GT + ST* to register will benefit as SBF.

6.2. Using 40 GT + ST* Gold Tokens to register will benefit as EBF.

* ST amount will change from time to time.

7. E-SHOP BONUS

Every qualified BF can apply to become an E-Shop Agent or E-Shop Executive.

7.1. An E-Shop Agent earn 3% for initial sales and 0.5% after, for 10 consecutive

terms, with every product (token) sold.

7.2. An E-Shop Executive earn 5% for initial sales and 0.5% after, for 15 consecutive

terms, with every product (token) sold. Except the sales to E-Shop Agent where

as E-Shop Executive only make 2%.

8. E-SHOP MATCHING BONUS
E-Shop Agent or E-Shop Executive will earn 30% up to 3 levels down (compress)
own network, from the E-Shop Agent or E-Shop Executive Bonus made in every
term.

 Important Information
 Registration fee is 1 Silver Token.
 All shopping and registrations are to be done using Silver Tokens or Gold Tokens only.
 Silver Tokens are Tokens purchased from the company by E-Shop Agent and E-Shop Executive.
 All Business Forces are to purchase Silver Tokens from E-Shop Agent or E-Shop Executive.
 1 Silver Token price is USD 25.
 Gold Tokens are Tokens earned from bonuses and can be used for purchases and registrations.
 1 Gold Token is equivalent to USD 10 for redemption purposes from the company.
 All bonuses will be calculated termly.
 1 month consists of 2 terms, one from 1st to 15th and the next from 16th to 28th/29th/30th/31st.
With exception of the month of June and December, from 1st to 30th and 31st is 1 term.
 For terms starting from 1st to 15th, the bonus will be calculated on the 16th of the month
and the results will be in the Gold-Box on the 21st of the month.
 For terms starting from 16th to 28th/29th/30th/31st, the bonus will be calculated on the 1st of the
following month and the results will be in the Gold-Box on the 6th of the same month.
 Gold Token redemptions will take 7 - 10 working days to process.
Minimum redemption is 10 Gold Tokens.
 Maximum amount of Silver Tokens and Gold Tokens allowed in the Silver-Box and Gold-Box
respectively per term are as follows:

 Maximum amount of Silver Tokens allowed in the Silver Box will change from time to time.
 ATTENTION!! Maximum amount of Gold Tokens in GT Box and Gold Token Earned Box (table A), if
exceeding the specified limit will be automatically flushed.
 All bonuses calculations and results will be rounded down to 1 Token (i.e. 1.7 Token
will be considered as 1 Token).
 All forms of purchases are only eligible for cancellation within 3 days.
 All BFs have to complete personal data correctly and completely; name, address, handphone, email,
and passport, for Bank Account opening.
 All BFs have to open a bank account with the Bank that is affiliated with TForce with the fee of 10 GT
(USD 100) and will obtain a Debit Card that will be delivered directly to the address.
 All BFs that just joined, have to change their passwords and pins immediately and will be solely
responsible on their own.
