AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND CONSENT

We, MARION CARL CAMOMOT and MARIA SOCORRO CAMOMOT, both of

legal age, Filipinos, and residens of 0177 Camagong, Lahug, Cebu City, after having
duly sworn to in accordance with law, voluntarily depose and say:

1. That we are the parents of SHUNSUKE VINCIT CINCO CAMOMOT born

on October 6, 2005 in Cebu City;

2. That we are giving our consent for our child to travel abroad to be
accompanied by Ms. Meimei Wu and Ms. Socorro Norma M. Cheng of the
Philippine Chinese Education Research Center;

3. That we are sponsoring their trip;

4. That we are financially capable to support their stay abroad;

5. That we guarantee that he will not violate any existing laws of his country
of destination (China); and

6. That we are executing this affidavit in connection with our child’s

application for travel clearance from the Department of Social Welfare
and Development for his travel abroad.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 20th day of
