Below you should write a narrative in which you summarize your perceptions of the Superintendent's key personal and professional
strengths and weaknesses, and his development needs, if any, for the coming year.
My perceptions of the Superintendent's personal and professional strengths and weaknesses are addressed in the attached
evaluation. My immediate concern for the coming year is having a more detailed discussion on the Alabama Math Course of Study,
not just the standards but how they are taught to our students. Examples: how the problems are presented to the students, how
students are expected to respond, how students are assessed on these math problems.
