Mid Project check-up (After Research and planning)

I had issues when it came to survey responses for my developed idea survey because of this I asked
my family members to share it on their social media sites as well and was able to receive enough
replies. I also had issues when it came to my auditions as people were unable to make the date. I
also wasn’t able to reschedule any of them however this didn’t effect my opinion on who I wanted
to hire for my production as I already new the actors well and I knew that they would be able to play
the role with ease as they had very similar characteristics.
End of project review
My first production I filmed went incredibly wrong. Multiple actors didn’t get back to me that said
they would for the auditions which meant I had to adapt the script wit the actors I had. During
filming my actors were very hard to work with so little scenes were filmed in the allocated time I had
planned and then they eventually said they couldn’t participate any more due to coursework they
had to complete for their A levels. Which meant I had to try and work around the footage I had re-
plan my script.
Problem Solving

I began by working around the footage I had and trying to create a new storyline from it by using
myself, however I later on took it up with my teachers and they were able to help me re-film my
production by finding an entire new cast. I just had to plan a new filming schedule that I could do
within two days which I completed and then sent to my new actors. I had to make a few cuts to the
script due to new locations but was still able to film all the scenes I had planned for the film. I did
however run into a few issues due to the fact the re-shooting was on such short notice I wasn’t able
to make sure that a certain location (a art classroom), would be available, which it wasn’t on the
day I had planned to film, so we ended up having to film for a third day and I was able to procure
an art classroom.
