SCOPE OF SERVICES

Consistent with the objectives of the Client, the Consultant shall provide the
services of the following competent software designer or developer for the required
systems or framework listed hereunder:

Oracle Designer – to design a generic type of frame work that can be used to
develop another software framework. (Familiar in 9i )

System Developer – to make a framework for the specific system to be

developed from the framework the Oracle Designer has done.

Visual Artist - for 3D modeling and maya

List of systems or framework:

1. Smart Home Development Software – this system is divided into three (3) sub
systems

 Smart Home Management System – this system is divided into eight (8) sub
system

i. Telephone System – The interface of this system is similar to Buddy Talk

Dialer, instead of using handset to dial; you use the computer screen,
mouse or keyboard to communicate.
ii. Irrigation System – This will monitor any leaks from the house and also
flood.
iii. Safety System – This system will monitor the child safety using motion
sensor, or camera to warn everybody in the house if the child is in a
dangerous place.
iv. Security System – To protect the house from any intruder, by flashing
images on the TV, and calling you either from your mobile phone, PDA,
landline, as well as calling the police.
v. Lighting Control System – This system enables you to set what type of
lighting you prefer.
vi. Curtain Control System – This will automatically control your curtain
draperies.
vii. HVAC System – This system automatically controls your air conditioning
system, allowing the user to set its preferred temperature for the room.
viii. Humidity System – This system detects the humidity and automatically
waters the in-house plants.

 Smart Entertainment System – this system controls your audio video system in
the house, it has two sub systems.

i. Satellite System – this system will allow you to view all channels using only
one receiver that is included in the server.
ii. Smart DJ system – this system acts like a Disco DJ, once installed it allows
you to select all the songs and video you want to hear and see.

 Smart Kitchen Software – this system is used for food preparation

and processing it has a touch screen where you can see and select what
task that you need. And it has 3 sub system

i. Smart Food – in this system the user can select the type of food that she
wants to prepare this system will give you the details like what ingredients to
be used and also shows you through a video on how to prepare the foods.

ii. Smart Appliances – this system will help you in preparing the food simply by
controlling the smart appliances, like the smart fridge it will tell you which
ingredients are available and which you need to buy.

 Smart Family System – this system is will serve also as an information bank for
the family data and is divided into 3 sub system.
i. Smart Family Photo – this part of the smart family system is where all the
family pictures and photo are kept and can view anywhere from the house
either in a movie style or as a slideshow
ii. Smart Family Audio/Video – this part of the smart family system is where all
the family movies are kept like special occasions such as birthday,
anniversary and others also the families’ favorite movie collections they can
be view anywhere from the house.
iii. Smart Family – this part of the system reminds the people in the house that
it is time to pray.

2. Smart System Software – this software will serve as an information bank where all
the details and data of the Smart System Shops are stored. This system will
support touch screen menu plus two types of network both wireless and wired
network. It is sub divided into three (3) parts.

 Computers – This system is like an information bank where all the details with
regards to the computer are stored. It also support touch screen and both wired
and wire less network.
 Mobile – This system allows your mobile to be interfaced with the Home
Management System so you can access the system thru your mobile, PDAs,
laptop.
 Smart Appliances - This system will control Smart Appliances in the house.

3. Smart Training System – This system is designed for training which has two (2) sub
systems.

Computer Based Training – This system will be used to give computer based
training.
Web Based Training – This system will use the Internet to conduct web based
training.

4. Additional Framework Software – a single system that integrates the functions of

the software listed below, complete with requirement analysis, application
requirements, process and design requirements:

a) Analyst pro or similar software

b) Business Plan Software
c) Mind Your Own Business Software

5. Smart Family Photo – this part of the smart family system is where all the family
pictures and photo are kept and can view anywhere from the house either in a
movie style or as a slideshow

6. Design a network for each showroom and for the entire organization one wired and
one wireless and a network system that will support the network.

7. Web Site – a framework for the web site and the RFP documents needed for
developing a site.

8. Information Kiosk – the interface of this is the same as in the Imate pocket pc
where the environment is the same as Microsoft Windows XP.
