Melgha2 is 1st Uptime Registered Tier4 Building in ASIA and 9 th in world. I

become a part of this Site when it was in finishing mode and took the hand
over after completion of all works and became a critical part of TFM. Now in
Abha and responsible for all Data Centers in South Region (Asir) for mobily.

Below are some of My Brief responsibilities.

Electrical Responsibilities:-
 UPS,s PPM and complete Operations (Liebert UPS)
 Rectifier (Emerson) Operations and PPM.
 PPC PPM and Compete Operation.
 Complete Execution of EIR for very start till end.
 Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Maintenance of ATS.
 Monthly Generators Load test.
 Daily readings of all Electrical Equipment’s.(Daily Check List).
 BMS system Operations and troubleshooting.

Mechanical Responsibilities:-
 Operation and PPM responsible for AHU,s..
 Operation and PPM responsible for FCU,s.
 Operation and PPM responsible for FAHU,s.
 Operation and PPM responsible for Chillers (TRANE)
 Operation and PPM responsible for Chill Water Pumps.

 Operation of Water softener Units.
 Operation and PPM responsible of Fire Pumps.
 Operation and Emergency trouble shooting of SDMO Generators.

DATA Center White Space Management.(According to

UPTIME INSTITUTE Standards)
 Responsible for Rack space management in Data Center.
 Calculations of White space cooling.
 Calculation of CRAH units cooling.
 Calculation of RACK space.
 Responsible for Data center environment (Humidity and Temperature).
 Management of Data Center Team in all 3 Shifts.
 On Call emergency team leader.

Data Center related Application activities:

 Managing all CAFM activities.
 Managing all DCIM requests.
 Responsible for all Daily Check lists and Shift Logs.
 Responsible for all Weekly and Monthly reports.
 Incident Reports Responsible.
 Weekly, Monthly Shift rosters responsible.

Fire Safety and Security Management:

 Full Operation and Troubleshooting of Kiddie Fire System.
 Monthly PPM of Fire system.
 Complete Operation and troubleshooting of MFACP.
 Management of all Security system like Cameras and Access control system.

EOP, SOP & Operational Sustainability Development:

 Developed EOP and SOP for All Electromechanically Equipment’s.
 Developed Al Abha TB Operational Sustainability Tier II.

EIR Management:
 Responsible for all EIR including AC and DC Request.
 Responsible for all the Electrical and Communication cable installation in Data Center
as per Mobily standard.

Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA):

 Responsible for QA/QC in Technical Building as per Mobily Standard during ongoing
Project.
 Responsible for QA/QC in Technical Building as per Mobily Standard in operational
Sites.

Extra Activities:
 Monthly Training to new and Old Technicians on EOP and SOP, s.
 Visiting the new under process Site Like ARAMCO Buraidha site, Al-Qaseem, Hafoof.
 Creating Operation Procedures of Various Equipment’s.
 Dealing all the Mobily Vendors and Clients.
 Briefing all the Visitors of Data Center.
 Q/C responsible for all Communication system( Racks installation)

Parallel Activities:
 Operation Engineer Melgha1 (Tier III building).
 Supervised and final in parallel the Mobily Data center in RAFAL tower and Alrajhi
tower (Tamkeen).
 Mobily Data Center (TIER 3) in Dammam Adama and Al-Ahli Bank data center.
 Supervision of the Mobily site in Sulemania .
 Visiting Supervision Mobily POP Malaz and Dana Compound Naseem Riyadh.

Data Center Engineer:

Philip Morris International; Pakistan (March 2011 up to Feb 2012)

Responsibilities:-

 Daily Reporting of all shifts with daily attendance sheet.

 Weekly and monthly reports on basis of PPM.

 Monthly UPS batteries load test.

 Quarterly internal audit of 6 sites of Philip Morris International.

 BMS system operation of main and sub sites.

 Monthly Power utilization report.
 Raising and issuing tickets for various equipment maintenance.
 Full record of all months for all equipment.
 Utilizing all internee in Power and communication sector.

 Sub Engineer (Electrical)

Lakson Tobacco Company, Mardan KPK, Pakistan (Aug 2005 to Dec 2006).

Responsibilities:-

 To provided maintenance within off and running season and was responsible for all kind of electrical
faults, Generator system, PLC operation.
 Electrical Power Generation and Distribution.
 Predict problems and solve before happen.
 Strong knowledge of project management including research, cost analysis, disaster recovery
and business continuity planning.
