 ABSTRACT
According to the World Health Organization, out of 7.4 billion population around 285
million people are visually impaired worldwide because of some reasons and it is difficult to
roll their day to day life. Previous works are done only for read labels on products, e mails,
receipts, and they should be in black letters with white background. And they should be think
and clear then only it recognize so these systems/ devices fail to give an economic solution to
the problem. To overcome this problems we proposing this system. In this project captured
images are converted in to vocal form we get output in speech format. The proposed method
is analyzed with various text input sets black and white, color, image etc. This system is
mainly implemented on e-speak synthesizer.
