The main purpose I applied the lecturing position is to share the knowledge i had mastered on

education technology. Education technology is evolving the past few years. There is diverse of
approaches used by different university to recruiting the number of students. For an example
MOOC Learning, Online Distance Learning, Online Assessments, Online Face TO Face tutoring
which fascinate learners flexibility on learning. My main objectives are to create flexibility and
engaging environment to learners through technology, somewhat it will effective ways to
successfully recruit number of students in campus. Therefore, to make learners to fall in love with
OUM University, i will make sure there is creative in teaching practiced which help recruiting the
number of students in OUM. I promising, the can fulfil to needs of OUM to provide quality education
and tailor learners needs on learning.
