Company.
CHAPTER 4: DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

 Title of the table

 Data table (in figures)
 Interpretation of the date
 Graphical Representation (Visual presentation of the data)

CHAPTER 5: SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

The findings should be summarized and presented in a paragraph

form, numbering each of the findings. It should also include both
positive and negative points.

CHAPTER 6: RECOMMENDATIONS, SUGGESTIONS &

CONCLUSION:

Drawn with direct reference to objectives of the study.

Find specific recommendations/suggestions to each of the
objectives of the study. These recommendations should be specific,
acceptable/practical and clear.

APPENDICES & ANNEXURES

The copy of the questionnaire and all other useful material

collected from the organisation may be annexed.
In case of finance topics, the copies of the financial statements of
three to five years are to be annexed or Enclosed

1. University Copy( Hard bound)
2. Student copy ( with all original records
preferably coloured)
3. College Copy to be submitted to the college for
Library.
You are required to submit all the three copies to the
Department at a time for being signed by the HOD and
the Principal of the college.
After signature, two copies (of University and of
Student) will be returned to you and you will be asked
to bring either one or both the copies to the viva voce
exam as per the University’s Instructions
A project Report is not valid without the signatures of
the following:
