Frequently Asked
Questions
1. What if I have an error in my submitted information?
Submit a printed letter to the EMB7 office, notifying us of your
correction. The system administrator will edit your SMR based
on this
2. What if I have a late submission?
The SMR online system allows late submissions. This will,
however, go against your establishment’s record.
3. What if I have a deficient submission?
Submit your additional data to EMB7 through the email
address smronline.emb7@gmail.com and wait for re-
evaluation of your SMR
4. What if I forgot my password?
Click the “Forgot Password” link found on the Registration
Screen. The system will send your password to your
registered email
5. How can I change my password?
The “change password” feature is currently unavailable. EMB7
is planning to have this feature added later this year
6. What if my PCO resigns?
Inform EMB7 ASAP by submitting a printed notice to our office
7. I didn’t receive a verification link. I can’t log in!
Contact the EMB7 SMR Online System Administrator
(smronline.emb7@gmail.com or 343-8566) as soon as
possible for emailing of your verification link.
8. Can I print my SMR from the website as a PDF/Word
Document?
The Print feature for the entire SMR is currently unavailable.
EMB7 is currently working on the development of this feature,
however, so keep posted .
