Southern California, adding Subaru, MINI and Volvo most recently. A key
ingredient to McKenna’s success stems from the emphasis on developing
relationships – within the company, with clients and with the local com-
munities. Danny McKenna gives his personal phone number to resolve
issues and answer questions as quickly as possible, giving McKenna cars
the reputation of having long forgotten “neighborly” customer service.
