intention of attending their appointment, which resulted in an increase in access to care for veterans. Created
informational packets for veterans attending weight loss education class and compassionately welcomed
them upon arrival.

Urge American Gastropub July 2013 - Present

Warmly greeted and assisted guests with order selection from menu. Coordinated prompt and accurate
service from kitchen to table by using bilingual communication skills with coworkers. Meticulously handled cash
and electronic payments for guests to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business in the future.

The Grand Del Mar June 2008 – May 2013

Provided guidance and leadership to Front Desk staff while overseeing day to day activities as the Manager on
Duty of entire resort. Utilized interpersonal skills to help promote organizational standards and improve moral
