Services be changed or corrected to “Wonder Buffet Catering Services”.

Unfortunately your office has issued the check with payee name “Wonder Buffet Catering
Services, Cebu, City” and because the address was included in the payee name, we are not able to
deposit the check to our business account and encash the same. We are requesting for anew check
bearing the correct name.
