accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. Pursuant to this affidavit, we are confirming that DANIELA SHENN L.

BARRETO is the only daughter and beneficiary of DANNY G.
BARRETO (deceased), a Social Security System (SSS) member;

2. We are confirming that SHEILA D. LAMES is the common-law wife of

DANNY G. BARRETO (deceased); and

3. We are confirming that DANNY G. BARRETO (deceased) and SHEILA

D. LAMES have no legal impediments to marry each other.
