Fluency for Transcription Editor 7.

We are pleased to announce that our next release of Fluency for Transcription Editor 
(FFT Editor) is now available.  Realized in this single release are the enhancements initiated 
in FFT Editor 7.5 along with the features introduced in FFT Editor 7.6. 
New Features
 
New with FFT Editor 7.5:  
The Document Checks feature is now more comprehensive and extends to all areas of the 
document, including the Demographics, ADT and CC List.  This all‐inclusive scan runs 
concurrently performing the familiar spelling, grammar and headings checks, while applying 
versatile customized rules.   Results display in an easy to read layout allowing for the 
effective resolution of discrepancies culminating in a quality document.   
New with FFT Editor 7.6: 
By popular demand, an upgrade to this version of FFT Editor results in the patient’s age 
conveniently displaying in the Job Summary.  Pre‐populated data feeds the auto‐calculation 
and delivers the patient’s age for ease of comparison thereby contributing to accuracy. 

Review Training Materials

As a prerequisite, view the eMaterials available on the M*Modal Extranet Site at the path 
noted below.  After watching the presentations, download the helpful reference materials 
including a User Guide.  Training is estimated to take 60 minutes.  When you have 
completed training, your HDSM will provide instructions to install FFT Editor 7.6 so you can 
benefit from the new features.

adding support for Windows 8.1 and IE 11.  The requirements are noted below.
