REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

REVOKE IN ITS ENTIRETY that certain Special Power of Attorney dated <>,

“Special Power of Attorney”), that was granted to <>, of <>, as our Attorneys-in-Fact.
This Revocation of Special Power of Attorney shall be conclusive for all purposes,

VOID the Special Power of Attorney therein given and contained, for all matters
granted to such Attorneys-in-Fact. Nothing herein shall affect any actions taken by

as an original for all purposes. The Revocation of Special Power of Attorney may be
served via personal delivery, mail, facsimile transmission, or other electronic
transmission, and shall be effective regardless of the manner in which same is
received.
