DYNAMIC PHYSICAL EDUCATION SECONDARY LESSON PLAN

Lesson Plan 1

OBJECTIVES:
The student will:
1. Apply fundamental skills in a unique situation, learn and practice personal and social skills, and work
cooperatively in a group setting.
2. Strike and dribble a soccer ball with their feet.

EQUIPMENT: 5-6 jump ropes, 5-6 hula hoops, 1 agility ladder, several cones, 5-6 basketballs, several
soccer balls

INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES TEACHING HINTS

INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITY (2 - 3 MINUTES)


High Fives: Change the type of high fives; low,

station and will have about 2 minutes then will rotate to the next station.
Stations will consist of:
Rope Jumping
Hula Hoop
Agility Ladder
Basketball Dribbling

LESSON FOCUS (15 - 20 MINUTES)
