SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, PRINCEKER E. GUINTO, single, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Underground
I, Alfonso XIII, Quezon, Palawan do hereby appoint KERBY GUINTO, single, likewise of legal age, with
postal address at Underground I, Alfonso XIII, Quezon, Palawan, as my true and legal representative
to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

To negotiate with the management of Alfonso XIII Wate r Users’ Association

(AWUA) in representation of my interests and come to a renewal agreement as to
the rental rate and thereafter to sign for me as co-heir and in my name and receive
payment from said rental of a certain property lot that we, as Heirs of the late
Manuel P. Guinto, own in common, situated in Sitio Underground I, Bgy. Alfonso III,
Quezon, Palawan where a pump station of said association is currently installed. This
includes the authority to rescind or repudiate existing contracts, file any a ction, civil
or criminal, to enforce my rights through any available and legal means, over the
above property.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the power to lease the foregoing property,
or to file the necessary criminal and/or civil action against AWUA as though I myself, have so
performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue hereof with full right of
substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
