General Instructions
1. Photograph of the candidate will be captured before entry to examination hall for verification purpose.
2. Check the e- Admit card carefully & bring discrepancies if any, to the notice of BARTI immediately by sending email to
competitiveupsc@barti.in or bartidelhi19@gmail.com ,Helpline Number - 1800-212-005599 , Mention your Name, Date of Birth, E-Mail Id, Mobile
No. and Application ID, in your email under the subject line Correction in Admit card-BARTI-DELHI-CET-2020 Re - Examination.
3. Candidate should carry e- Admit card and original photo identity proof like : Aadhar card, Driving license, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card. No
candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without E -Admit card and without Original Photo identity proof.
4. Candidate reporting time at centre : 09.30 am.
5. Candidate will not be admitted for the exam if she/he reports at the center after 10.30 am.
6. Entry closes at centre at 10.30 am.
7. Candidate can appear for the exam only at the centre allotted by BARTI on e-admit card.
8. Candidate are advised not to bring mobile device/s , electronic device/s to centre.
9. Candidates are advised not to bring any valuable costly items in the examination hall, as safe keeping of the same cannot be assured. BARTI
will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
10. Mobile phones, logarithm table, calculator or any of the electronic gadgets are strictly not allowed inside the examination hall where the
exam is being conducted. Any infringements of this instruction shall entail disciplinary action.
11. Candidate may carry black pen for rough work.
12. Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination centre during the examination.
13. Result of the exam will be published on https://barti.maharashtra.gov.in on Notice Board.
14. Candidates are advised to keep this admit card till the completion of Final Selection Procedure by BARTI, Pune.
15. For Physically Challenged Candidates - Physically Challenged candidates need to arrange writer for examination themselves. Such
candidates need to inform the respective centre prior to the examination. Physically Challenged candidates will get 20 minutes per hour extra
time for the examination. Physically Challenged candidates need to submit ' Physically Challenged Certificate ' at the examination hall.
16. In case of female candidates please bring the identity card of the name by which you have submitted application form.
Marking Scheme
17. Negative Marking for wrong answer - There are four alternatives for the answer to question. For each question for which a wrong answer has
been given by the candidate, One-third of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
18. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

Instructions regarding Exam


19. Write all the information in BLACK BALL POINT PEN under serial nos.1-3. Use BLACK BALL POINT PEN only for shading appropriate Circle.
20. Marks obtained in both the papers should be considered for final meirt list. Candidate must secure at least 33 marks in paper II to qualifying
for the merit list.
21. Section 1 : 1 -50 General Studies and Section 2: 1-40 CSAT.
    2 marks for correct Answer of section 1 and 2.5 marks for correct answer of section 2
    Darken only one circle out of four.
22. Use BLACK BALL POINT PEN only for shading the circle of the answer sheet.
23. Darken the circle completely and uniformly so that the letter inside the circle is not visible.
24. Darken only ONE circle for each answer as shown in the example below. If more than one circles are darkened, your answer will be treated a
wrong.

25. Change in Answer once marked, is not allowed by any means.


26. Shade the circle only in the space provided. Please do not make any stray mark on the answer sheet .
27. Rough work MUST NOT be done on the answer sheet.
28. Answersheet contains two parts as the original copy and student copy.
29. Student copy should not be detached from the original Answersheet till end of the examination and after the completion of the examination
candidate must submit the original copy to the invigilator / examiner and allowed to retain the student copy along with them.
30. Ensure that orignal Answersheet should not be tear off or damage, while detaching student copy from original Answersheet.
