Petitioner, through his attorneys, Corbally Gartland and Rappleyca, LLP, respectfully alleges Nature of this Proceeding 1 Petitioner requests judgment vacating and annulling the Findings of Fact and Conchisions of Law and Order of the respondent Ulster County Board of Ethies, dated December 31, 2018, a copy of which is annexed as Exhibit 1. This document concluded that petitioner violated certain provisions of the Ulster County Ethies and Disclosure Law, ordered petitioner to pay a $7,000.00 fine to Ulster County or, alternatively, that such fines and other penalties could be avoided if petitioner resigned his Legislative seat within ten (10) days, and recommended that petitioner be suspended without pay for three (3) months. 2.
