This document concluded that petitioner violated certain provisions of the Ulster County Ethies and Disclosure Law, ordered petitioner to pay a $7,000.00 fine to Ulster County or, alternatively, that such fines and other penalties could be avoided if petitioner resigned his Legislative seat within ten (10) days, and recommended that petitioner be suspended without pay for three (3) months. 2.
