MOTION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ALIAS SUMMONS

Plaintiff respectfully states that:

1. Based on the Sheriff’s return of JESSIEBELLE M. DELA

PEÑA and RAYMOND A. BUENAVENTURA, Cabarroguis
Quirino and Quezon City, respectively has stated that the
summons was UNSERVED;

2. Although some of the defendants- heirs acknowledge receipt

of the summons, Roberto and Ferdinand Tabisora seemed to
evade the service of the same despite earnest efforts hence, it
is prayed that Alias summons be served upon them or to
persons which may regard the service summons as duly
served for all legal intents and purposes.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that alias summons be

served to Robert, Aurora and Diana Jane Tabisora.
