Tester should expand the sample size to see if the error is just an isolated case. In case of 12 original
sample – same can be extended by 3 additional samples. In case of 25 / 35 original sample – same can
be extended by 5 additional samples

* In case, in revised additional samples, control is working effectively, then the control will be passed
in the testing.
