AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, ANCETO LAGUMBAY, fifty (50) years old, Filipino, married and a resident of
Purok 18, Poblacion,Mawab, Compostela Valley Province, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, depose and state THAT:

1. I am presently the neighbour of PO2 GILBERT ESTOISTA;

2. That the house of PO2 GILBERT ESTOISTA is only one lot away from my home.

3. That I was able to witness and observed how PO2 GIBERT ESTOISTA carefully
locked his premises;

4. That I heard that the house of PO2 GILBERT ESTOISTA was being ;

5. After 15 days period, the money worth Php. 10,000.00 has a remaining amount worth
Php 4500.00 which Brgy. Captain gave to certain LENUEL TUBA the nephew of Brgy.
Captain.

6. Lenuel Tuba told us that the remaining money worth Php. 4,000.00 is intended for
livelihood well in truth and fact, the said remaining amount is for our benefit in
consideration of campaign preparations.

7. The accusations against our Barangay Captain Sergio Mabasa, and other winning
candidates under his slate are clearly bereft of truth, malicious and baseless;

9. That I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
