1. General

following the availability of any new information as further directed by
Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang)
This work include providing material, labors, equipment and services, and
furnishing and placing all material as specified, in order to complete the job
Package in accordance with the specification and to comply with
maintaining high level of safety control.
In performing the work, shall be responsible to :
 Furnish all labor, supervision, quality controls, safety methods and
procedures, construction equipment, tools and necessary
consumables.
 Perform environmental compliance and monitoring activities in
accordance with AMDAL requirements. AMDAL will be made
available for referencing after received from the owner at the later
date.
 Obtain the necessary permits required.

2. Detail Scope of Work

Performing all topography survey work on the location as follows :
 Pipeline Route from Central Processing Area train #2 (CPP) to Patila
Metering System (PMS) Receiving Facilities within ROW 15 m
(approximately 30 km)

3. Topography Survey
a. Plane Table Surveying
The Proposed pipeline route the will cover of approximately 30 km (pipeline)
long with a width of 10 m. Plane Table survey be performed throughout the
plan site to develop topographical map.
The scale of the map shall be 1:1000
b. Longitudinal Profile Survey
Along the proposed pipeline route, the detail shall be taken at interval of
approximately 5-10 m in order to produce longitudinal profile. Cross section
shall be measured at interval of 50 m.

The scale of the map shall be 1:1000
c. Detail Topography Survey
Detail survey shall be performed all necessary data, which will be required
for the design parameter. Detail survey shall cover features such as
boundary property line, roadways and footpath, water resources, accessible
utilities, river, creek, swampy area, etc.
d. Reporting
 Topographic maps printed 1 original and 5 copies.
 Longitudinal sections along the pipeline
 All field data sheets
 All calculation sheets during data processing
 Benchmark photograph
 All softcopy on native file
4. Schedule
Detail Execution for the estimate duration six (6) weeks from the
subcontract award, considering minimum the followings milestones
No Major Milestones After Subcontract Award
1 Temporary Facilities Establishment 1 Weeks
2 Survey Team Mobilization 1 Weeks
3 Survey Equipment Mobilization 1 Weeks
4 Perform Topography Survey 4 Weeks
5 Reporting 2 Weeks

5. Survey Equipment
The contractor’s equipment necessary to perform the contractor’s obligation
under the contract.
The survey equipment which is temporarily imported into the Country for
performance of the works and re-exported from the Country, the contractor
shall perform above and re-exported procedure under the name of the
Contractor risk and cost including the bond charge.
The contractor shall operate, maintain in safe and best operating condition,
and manage the construction Equipment during the whole construction

period of the works under the full responsibility and expenses of the
Contractor. The Contractor shall provide the fuel, oil and lubricants for the
Construction Equipment.
