Subject : Changing parameters on inverter FR-A200E(EC)
Valid for : FF40, FF55, MB44 and MB66

Warning : - Installation, maintenance and service can be executed by skilled service personnel only.
Procedure changing parameters :

1. Connect parameter unit FR-ARWER-1 (PRI343.000.402) on inverter

(Do not disconnect the RS485 communication unit FR-EPG)

2. On MKIIA20 control board: start ‘program 92’, close door, push ‘Yes’
(inverter contactor is ON)

3. On parameter unit FR-ARWER-1, set following parameters:

- Push ‘PU’ button (PU mode)

- Set Pr.125=0 (only if RS485 unit is connected) (PU and EXT mode)
- Reset inverter (switch off inverter power)
- Push ‘PU’ button (PU mode)
- Set Pr.77=0 (parameter write enabled)
- MOST PARAMETERS CAN BE CHANGED NOW
- After changing parameters: Set Pr.125=2 (RS485 communication mode)
- Reset inverter

4. Disconnect parameter copy unit FR-ARWER-1

Procedure Auto tuning motor :

1. Make sure the drum is empty
2. Do auto tuning with warm motor
3. Connect parameter unit FR-ARWER-1 on inverter
4. On MKIIA20 control board: start ‘program 92’, close door, push ‘Yes’
5. On parameter unit FR-ARWER-1, set follow parameters:
– Push ‘PU’ button
– Set Pr.125=0 (if RS485 unit is connected)
– Reset inverter (switch off inverter power)
– Push ‘PU’ button
– Set Pr.77=0
– Set Pr.71=3 (applied motor)
– Set Pr.81 (motor poles) = 4
– Set Pr.83 (rated motor voltage) on 230V or 400V.
– Set Pr.84 (rated motor frequency) on 50Hz.
– Set Pr.96=101 (start auto tuning)
– Push ‘FWD’
AUTO TUNING STARTS NOW: motor starts turning and making noise!!!
– after auto tuning (about 1 minute) push ‘STOP’
(Pr.96 has automatically changed to 103 )

To set a parameter:
1. Push ‘SET’
2. Type parameter number
3. Push ‘READ’ (actual parameter value appears on display)
4. Type new parameter value
5. Push ‘WRITE’ (new value is set in parameter)
