(Dry Nitrogen) to hold for 24 Hrs.
g Allow for vacuuming and dehydration of the whole
system.
h Refrigerant change as recommended by the
Manufacturer.
i Testing and Commissioning.
HIGH TEMPERATURE SENSOR SYSTEM
1.2 Supply and install High Temperature sensor Panel
with Visual and audial alarms to be installed near
the Data Centre Entry Door
DEHUMIDIFIER SYSTEM
1.3 Supply and install Dehumidifier Unity at the
Data Centre

GAS EXTRACT SYSTEM
1.4 Supply and install gas extract system complete
with the following:
a.) Woods fan 800 m3/hr at 200pa3phase 415v
b.)Flexible Ducting with 300mm diameter 15
meters
c.)Motorized damper 1no.
d)External alluminium grill 1no.
e)Internal alluminium grill 2no.
HVAC PANEL
1.5 supply and install Hvac panel for the control of the
gas extract system and interfacing of the Air
Conditoning systems with fire system.
1.6 Fresh air alluminium transfer pair 400mm x
400mm with insect screed
