As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.
* Gerrit, what has scams to do with politicians?

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, actually a lot. First of all they are scamming the electors with
pretending to be so good that they should be elected in government and Prime Minister, even so
electors do not elected who shall be in government or who shall be Prime Minister.
Then we have this Bill Shorten who goes on to promise monies for women sport while when it
comes to women being abused he pretend to care. Well ask yourself how often did he show any
concern when he was in government that those who immigrated from a country with different
societies views to learn the Western culture that women are equally to men and cannot be abused
and misuse like some slave. And the murder of new born children purportedly called an abortion!
Here we have women being robbed of their children and grieving for it and now in today’s
society where women can get assistance to ring up a child they are more interested in their own
personal issues then to care about the live they created.

* Moment IRS is the Internal Revenue Service for the USA. What got that to do with Australia?
**#** It is about all those companies who are ending you and mine and everybody else personal
details to India’s call-centres. As I understand it they then sell it on the so called lack market
where people can purchase your personal details to be used for scamming. I did receive some
years ago taxation correspondences and I made clear I was retired and they had no right to place
matters in the hands of lawyers as to an alleged debt of fines as the Framers of the Constitution
made clear that there would a court tom determine issues. What politicians in the Parliament
should understand is that when they fail to clamp down on those scams then citizens can start to
ignore any ATO claims because all they know it might be another scam. On You Tube there are

And there are a lot more. As such what we need is politicians who ensure appropriate legislation
is in place to prevent any company to use overseas call-centres to have access to private/personal
details. In particular banks, insurance companies and telecommunication companies.
Have you ever had to deal with those call-centres? I have them constantly misquoting my name
and then I end up being denied to have my simcard activated. How on earth do I know what they
type into a computer when misstate what I pronounce even letter by letter? And they have access
to the Governments database to check you and mine and everyone else details also!
* Gee, I wasn’t aware of that!
**#** Well, they have to check with the various governments data base if the details you provide
over the phone is correct to be able to approve the simcard activation.
* How often have simcards been used in terrorism in Australia?
**#** That is a question I think unlikely can be answered. I understand that if you activate some
simcards they just block you from doing any more. I had this yesterday when I activated a
simcard and used it up on downloading and well I tried 2 other prepaid simcard and advised that
it was not going. Actually there also appears to be a system in place that once you activate some
simcards then you are required to use some form of identity like a driver’s license. Too bad my
wife handed her driver’s license in about 3 decades ago as she therefore could not activate a
simcard. Well as she is heading soon to be 90 years old she might just be inspired to travel the
world as some terrorist, if that is what they (the politicians) are thinking. Then consider about the
likely use of Pine Gap for extra judicial killings.
* How would that work?

British law enforcement desperate to use the invasion of Afghanistan to
attack the Afghan-Pakistan narcotics trail. Thus, the targets included drug
traffickers, with the “War on Terror” leaking into the “War on Drugs” even
though Britain has a ‘Misuse of Drugs Act’ – not a war on drugs doctrine.
Britain is a nation with a collective, moral abhorrence for the

death penalty even after a fair trial, especially for non-violent

offenders. It is extraordinary, then, that the JPEL Kill List allowed
for the execution of narcotics traffickers without a trial at all.

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST (Australia) I accept that the Commonwealth of Australia has
the legislative powers to allow for 5Gor whatever however provided this is for the PEACE,
ORDER AND GOOD GOVERNMENT. As such if politicians promoting the 5G system are
found to be wrong they be held personally liable also with minimum 25 years imprisonment
upon conviction. I am fed up with politicians acting as puppets for businesses and we need to

We have experienced how politicians are using all kind of enforcement action to terrorist
parents and others to immunize their children regardless of the severe consequences to a child
that may even die. Again, I would rather see a minimum 25 term of imprisonment for
politicians who support some action without having bothered to personally endure that
whatever they promote is in fact appropriately investigated and not harm full to any member
of the general community.

they have all check and balances in place and not allow the community to suffer by their utter

Likewise we had in Australia that John Howard authorized the mass murder of innocent Iraqi
civilians and he and his cohorts were never held legal accountable. I on 18 February, 19
February, 18 March and 19 March 2003 (the latter the day of the invasion) sought to file a
Section 75(v) application in the High Court of Australia that without any Declaration of War
published by the Governor-General in the Gazette naming the country to be invaded there was
no power for Australian troops to in vade Iraq. The court on each occasions prevented me to
file the applications however on 19 March it actually referred again to the 18 February
application and not the 18 March application. But now comers the idioticy of the High Court
of Australia about it all. I was An INDEPENDENT candidate for Jagajaga in 2001 and
refused to vote in that election , I likewise refused to vote in 29004, on constitutional grounds
that compulsory voting is un constitutional, in the end on 19 July 2006 I won both appeals! In
regard of the 2001 federal elect ion I held that the election was being held one week to early,
this as the writs were issued on 8 October 2001 but the documents I obtained under the
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT proved the proclamation to prorogue the Parliament
was not published until 9 October 2001 and so the writs were invalid. As for the 2004 federal
election I made clear I cannot be forced to vote for mass murders and/or their associates
(regarding invading Iraq). Also on 4 December 2002 I filed a Section 78 NOTICE OF
CONSTITUTIONAL MATTERS in which I challenged the validity of the Citizenship Act
1948 because the Commonwealth was specifically denied by the Framers of the Constitution
to legislate as to citizenship, not being a nationality.

The court on 4 December 2002 with consent by the Commonwealth ordered that the matter
was to be heard and determined by the High Court of Australia. This was a part of my Section
5(v) applications on 18, and 19 February 2003 and 18 and 19 March 2003. As such in the end
I succeeded in my 19-7-2006 appeals on those issues unchallenged by the Commonwealth.
Because I challenged the validity of the legislation then it is ULTRA VIRES Ab Initio unless
and until if ever at all a competent court of jurisdiction declares it to be INTRA VIRES. This
has not eventuated. When the High Court of Australia was dealing with citizenship issues with
Members of Parliament I wrote to the Registrar about my outstanding litigation, etc, but no
response was provided. The relevance is that John Howard was not validly elected and by
Section 64 of the constitution he could not be a (Prime Minister) after 3 months if not a
Member of Parliament. As such he was in fact not a Prime Minister but a purported Prime
Minister when he unconstitutionally authorized the invasion into Iraq. Likewise any purported
Minister who was allegedly election in 2001 was not. It is under the Crimes Act unlawful to
pretend to be a government official.
Again, in the end I succeeded in both appeal.
There is a lot more to it as in July 2002 I then already wrote to General Peter Cosgrove (Now
Governor-General as it appears for being rewarded to commit treason and mass murder in
Iraq) that he needed a DECLARATION OF WAR published by the Governor-General in the
Gazette naming the country to be invaded. Such DECLARATION OF WAR was never
published.
I have repeatedly requested for a ROYAL COMMISSION into the Iraq invasion!
For the record I am of Jewish blood but this does not interfere with my set out about
constitutional issues or that those who were murdered may have been mainly Muslims.
These are only 2 parts of my writings but should show enough.

**#** Precisely and we have a lot of nonsense from politicians about how to curtail the freedoms
of law abiding citizens purportedly as to try to avoid acts of terrorism when in fact they caused or

eventuated in Australia! So while Bill Shorten seems to me to pretend to care about women he
would do better to grasp reality and prove that women who may have befallen this kind of
circumstances have appropriate support to deal with it. For example women who wonder about
the children so to say stolen from them could register their DNA and any child that might suspect
to have a different biological mother could submit their DNA to that data base to check if there
could be a match. That could even endure that children deported to Australia might have their
descendants now being able to link up with a DNA scheme say of the UK (United Kingdom).
