The following Judgment is hereby entered for Plaintiff, Linda Goldman:

1. The terms of the Protective Order in the above-captioned matter will remain in effect

after resolution of the above-captioned matter.

2. The following web page (hereinafter “URL”) contains false and libelous information:

3. The above-referenced URL and reports to law enforcement, contains false and libelous

information, including but not limited to the following false and libelous statements:

a. Ms. Goldman shoplifted merchandise;

b. The shop had surveillance video that showed Ms. Goldman stealing merchandise;

c. Ms. Goldman is a thief;

d. Ms. Goldman displayed suspicious and dishonest behavior;

e. Mr. Newsome was Ms. Goldman's accomplice;

f. The owner witnessed her stealing;

g. She has obviously done this before and the same is said for John Newsome who

was her accomplice that day and kept one of the owners occupied so she could steal

their merchandise;

h. They are riding on their reputation of being "educated" and perhaps that will allow

them to continue to hurt small businesses all over America.

4. The information above was reported to law enforcement, which led to Ms. Goldman to

being arrested and charged.

5. This Judgment may be reopened for the purpose of adding additional URLs if the above-

referenced UL changes, or if any of the materials appear on another URL.

6. Ms. Goldman is authorized to present this Order to Google and to the Ripoff Report.
