Opening Spiel:
Disciplina, Excellentia, Virtus, et Peritia - these Latin locutions sum up the governing tenets of the Looc
Norte National High School as she unceasingly keep the education’s fire ablaze and in steadfastly
transforming students who will in turn re-calibrate the world. For more than 30 years, the Looc Norte National
High School has been serving as the institution for inspiring innovation and stimulating minds. Ladies and
gentlemen, let the flowers of spring enthrall you as you become one with us in kick-starting the School Year
with the fragrance of unity, respect, and friendship! This is the SHS-Acquaintance party and Induction of PTA
Officers!

Opening Number:
Good afternoon Nortenians! It is a true delight seeing faces painted with the utmost zeal of camaraderie
blended with “that” kind of Nortenian identity any poet should wonder. We are at the bosom of the Looc
Norte Gymnasium in the heart of the darling of the 3rd district, Barangay Looc Norte, ug sa kasing-kasing sa
sentro sa gi-ilang Lalin Festival, ang Lungsod sa Asturias and you are one with us in spreading the Senior
Nortenian’s fragrance. To stress it so, help me welcome the selected Senior High School Students in this
Opening Number!

Welcome Remarks:
The Looc Norte National High School clings to one of its proclaimed philosophies: EDUCATION FOR A
WORLD STAGE, withal, giving her off springs the brand and the identity like no other. Hence, TaTak Nortenian.
To give us the warmest Nortenian salutation, please welcome the SSG President, Charlene P. Balaod.

Rationale:
When it comes to surpassing greatness or leaping towards it, one has to stake out reasons for doing so.
To put forth meaning to this very gathering, let us welcome the Captain himself- the Principal of Looc Norte
national High School - Mr. Henry D. Espina Jr.

Class Presentation:
Looc Norte National High School is not just being known for throbbing the “darling” gist of the 3 rd District
but also in religiously honing talents and helping students reach their optimum potentials. Let us be spell-
bounded by the scents of pure talent the Nortenian Seniors have.

Presentation of Graduates and Confirmation:

One fictional friend of people who had taken the “leap of faith” in the advent of realizing the essence of
service could be the lines and curves of wSpiderman’s words: “With great power comes greater responsibility.”
To foster its apologues and to further set its esprit may I request the SEPS in Resource and Mobilization and
the Division TLE Coordinator of DepEd Cebu Province, Dr. Jose Garry R. Napoles,to do the honors of inducting
our Elected Federation Officers for the School Year 2018-2019.
