* The School reserves the right to investigate and possibly withdraw a person from the scholarship programme if there is adequate proven
evidence of serious allegations of using others people written statements.
1. Scholarship applicants must apply for a scholarship at the same time as, or subsequent to, applying for one of the LSBF’s
Bachelor/Master degrees. All information provided in the application form will be considered when applying for the LSBF’s
Scholarships Scheme.
2. The Diversity Scholarship is awarded only in the form of a reduction in tuition fees payable to LSBF.
3. Please note that you can only apply for ONE bursary or scholarship. If, for example, you apply for a Corporate Scholarship, you
would not be eligible to apply for a Diversity Scholarship.
4. All the remaining fees must be paid 30 days before the start of the programme. Students who have not paid on time will not be
granted access to the School.
5. The Student agrees that he/she cannot change, defer the scholarship, without prior permission from LSBF.
6. If a student intends to postpone his/her place until the following intake, he needs to pay the remaining tuition fee. He will be
permitted to do so only at the discretion of LSBF.
7. The scholarship is not transferable to another student.
8. In the event that a student does not attend a programme through serious unforeseen circumstances (death, accident, or serious
illness) a specific committee will examine each case on an individual basis.
9. Attendance is compulsory. An attendance rate of less than 90% will lead to scholarship withdrawal.
10. Any failure to start the course as scheduled without prior notification of the School's authorities will lead to scholarship
withdrawal.
11. The School reserves the right to disclose students' details, including academic progress and attendance rates to the Home Office
authorities.
12. The scholarship is for the ONE named person and LSBF will not be responsible for a scholar's family members/spouse/children,
etc. and if a scholar wishes to have a family member accompany him/her, they need to be aware that the School does not
recommend this as the scholar, not LSBF, will be solely responsible and they will be required to pay for the additional family
member/s, not LSBF who accepts no liability.
13. LSBF may also use information collected regarding the scholars in the School marketing activities; however, students' addresses
and telephone numbers will not be given out without permission from the student via a request from us.
14. The School reserves the right to utilise this information in the promotion of the School and in any other student recruitment
and/or Scholarship promotion activities.
15. Please note that when requested scholars are required to show originals (not photocopies) of transcripts and documents
submitted in evidence with their scholarship application, and present these to the Scholarship office, if there is any question of
authenticity. If, after checking, LSBF discovers any documents that are NOT 100% genuine, the scholarship award will
immediately be invalidated and withdrawn. The School accepts NO liability in this case.
16. It is the scholar's responsibility to set a good example, e.g. strive for best results, attend classes, finish the course on time and
continue to demonstrate the exemplary student attributes/grades by which he/she was awarded the scholarship.
17. All scholars will take part in welcoming new scholars to the scholarship programme by attending scholarship evenings, etc. when
invited.
18. The LSBF Scholarship panel is not in a position to provide information regarding the non-awarding of scholarships and the panel's
decision is final.
19. The School reserves the right to investigate and possibly withdraw a person from the scholarship programme, if there is
adequate proven evidence of serious allegations of illegal activities.
By signing this application form, you confirm that you agree to all of the terms and conditions related to scholarships set out by LSBF.
