General objectives:
This project will help and support out-of-school youth improve their
livelihood through business opportunities in painting and frame making.
The proponents hoped that the beneficiaries learned from seminars,
trainings and workshops to be conducted.
Specific objectives:
Improve the financial capability of the out of school youths and other
stakeholders by providing seminar, basic trainings and workshops on
painting and frame making.
Enhancing their skills in promotion and selling of painting.
Exhibit their artwork in coordination with the Municipality of Angono
through museums and institution
