III. Rationale:

Likha at Disenyo is a is a realization of a concept or idea into a painting and


frame making training program intended for out of school youth of Angono,
Rizal.As part of the major subjects in Fine Arts, skill development is the main
goal. Through this goal, it helps students showcase their creative skills, share
talents and help others to appreciate arts and be able to use it for business
purposes.

IV. Objectives:

General objectives:
 This project will help and support out-of-school youth improve their
livelihood through business opportunities in painting and frame making.
The proponents hoped that the beneficiaries learned from seminars,
trainings and workshops to be conducted.
Specific objectives:
 Improve the financial capability of the out of school youths and other
stakeholders by providing seminar, basic trainings and workshops on
painting and frame making.
 Enhancing their skills in promotion and selling of painting.
 Exhibit their artwork in coordination with the Municipality of Angono
through museums and institution

B. Strategy of implementation

Likha at Disenyo is a program based activity of the Faculty members and


students from Bachelor in Fine Arts . The program will include seminar,
trainings and workshops every Saturdays of the month.

Out-of-school youth will be taught the basic skills in painting and frame
making and will be provided with art materials to help them develop their
creativity skill and use for business purposes.
