AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, MARGIE B. DAWIN and MARY B. BINGIT both of

legal ages, Filipino Citizens and with postal addresses at
Tungngod, Lagawe, Ifugao, after having been sworn to in
accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state that:

We personally know ROSITA T. ALLAGA who is a farmer

and as such has no regular income and lives on hand to
mouth existence and that she qualifies as client of the Public
Attorney’s Office as her net income per month does not
exceed P12,000.00;

We are executing this affidavit freely and voluntary to

attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing and to qualify as an
indigent client of the Public Attorney’s Office.
