7.1. IPS Integration and Architecture - CKEditor(email: ckeditor plugin issue 4th April)
- Status is updated regarding all the plugins working with IPS 4.3.6v. We suggested to
use Ckfinder plugin previously when we were using IPS 4.1v. As per new update of
ckfinder, previously it was free version now it has turned to a paid plugin.
● Notification (detail description with screenshot)
○ SMS Notification

As shown in above image, SMS settings are shown in image. The settings are
highlighted with red color. If the toggle is enabled member will get SMS of
notification.Currently this is not working in IPS.

● Email Settings(remaining for blurb, pinboard & tuitionservice components) (detail

description with screenshot)

Email settings are shown in SMS settings image highlighted with blue color.

As shown in above image, there are two preferences of email settings as below:
a. Second Preference: One email per day with all new content from that day
 b. Third Preference: One email per week with all new content from that week

Both of the settings are working fine for all the IPS components except
Blurb,Pinboard and Tuition Service Components. These components are externally
added components in IPS so Email settings related to these components are yet to
be implemented.

10. Language management (number as per specification and brief)
● In wrapper, it is possible to set different languages for different companies. This
settings is yet to implemented in IPS.

a. Iframe refresh from wrapper side (When followed button is clicked in any
page/place – the settings get applied but button iframe is not getting refreshed)

a. Category: search, Bug #34888 Search: In advanced search when filtering content
category dropdown values are displayed incorrectly

c. Implement Page, Place and Component View Permissions while searching content
from Page/Place
(i.e. search results should display only those results for which user has View permission.
First check whether the
Logged-in User/Guest User has permission to view Page/Place or not; if yes then check
whether the user has permission to view a component or not. Display the relevant
results for which both the conditions are satisfied.)
3. IPS toggle option
a. Support #36795 IPS components: On/off toggle design issue - Text and icon
overlap in all IPS components (detail description)
-Design of toggle in IPS was updated in 4.3.6v. So restoring previous design of
IPS, we have to make changes in settings of IPS.
4. Companywise SMTP email settings (detail description)
- This yet to be implemented on IPS side.

a. Activity Stream - Manage -> Content Source:
1. This Page/Place (check for Component view permission)
2. Everywhere (check for Page, Place and Component View permission both)
Do not show activities for which user does not have permission (consider scenario of
Logged-in User and Guest User both).
