Background of issue, [Authorize Issued PS 23, 200 = PS jan 22, my] ‘As standard for dash eight models, emergency mode is provided that enable the machine to automatically or manually switch over to emergency control circuit. This will happen when mechatro control went wrong such as controller failure. Recently, one unit encountered this situation by chance and the system didn't work properly (P1P2 relieved). Investigation showed that plunger of by-pass cut valve stuck at its seated position. This is because the valve tip is too sharp. Further investigation showed that not all plungers caused this malfunction. Therefore matching between the plunger and the seat is a reason of the malfunction.
