Disposition:

1. PMO Endorsements to PrC, for Approval:

a. Privatization plan for unserviceable properties of VMC Rural Electric Cooperative


(VRESCO);
b. Privatization Plan for the properties of Al-Amanah Bank in Gen. Santos and
Saranggani;
c. Privatization Plan of former CB-BOL property located in Pasay City;
d. Privatization Plan for the former property of Carruf Development Corp., Condominium
Unit in Legaspi Towers 300;
e. Privatization Plan for property of Development Bank of Rizal;
f. Privatization Plan for the former property of Elorde Sports and Tourism Development
located in Sucat, Parañaque City;
g. Request for Confirmation of Retention Fund from proceeds of Sales/disposition of
assets for June to July 2018;
h. Request for Confirmation on utilization of Revenues from the lease of NG/Makati

Updates:

1. VMC Rural Electric Service Cooperative (VRESCO) now Northern Negros Electric
Cooperative (NONECO)

a. Will no longer claim for the storage fee.


b. The proposed Php 15,000 rental fee per month by PMO is acceptable with them but
reckoning period of collection should commence by January 2016.

2. Leyte Park Hotel, Inc. (LPHI) – For assistance from Legal services

Letter dated August 3, 2018 from the City Treasurer’s Office of City Government of
Tacloban, informing PMO of the amended Real Property Tax Assessment/Notice of
delinquency amounting to Php 51,260,108.71 covering 2005 to 2018.

Previous assessment (Notice of Delinquency) dated May 4, 2018 of the City


Treasurer’s Office on unpaid RPT of former property of LPHI covering period 1996 to 2018
is in the amount of Php 84,107,005.04.

4. PMO Unserviceable Properties

Mr. Hermenegildo G. Yamzon was not able to complete the pullout of the
unserviceable properties from the SCAIC warehouse on August 9 and 10, 2018 due to
illness.
