AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

THAT I, SUSAN YBO BADILI, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident
of Barangay Sto. Nino, San Jose, Negros Oriental, under oath, do hereby
depose and manifest:

That ANTERO AMIGO is a registered owner of a certain parcel of land

known as Lot No. 1371, located in barangay Lala-an, Municipality of San Jose,
Negros Oriental covered by OCT 12572, containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE (1, 369) SQUARE METERS, more or
less.

That he died single, leaving no will nor testament and left no known
debt which were not settled. On his demise, he is survived by: AGUEDA
AMIGO YBO as the only heir to succeed her property.

That AGUEDA AMIGO YBO died leaving no will nor testament and left
no known debt which were not settled. On her demise, she is survived by
POLDO Y. ABO as the only heir to succeed her property. That POLDO Y. ABO
died leaving no will nor testament and left no known debt which were not
settled. On his demise, he is survived by ROBERTO YBO, ELPEDIO YBO, and
FELIPE YBO as the only heirs to succeed her property.

That ROBERTO YBO died leaving no will nor testament and left no
known debt which were not settled. On his demise, he is survived by SUSAN
Y. BADILI, ROSALIA
P. YBO, GERALDINE Y. CABANO, LEONORA P. YBO, JASMINE YBO as the only
heirs to succeed his share over the property.

That invoking the provisions of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court

the herein affiant, do hereby settle and adjudicate unto herself all her rights,
interest and participations over Lot No. Lot No. 1371;

That this affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily just to attest the
veracity and truthfulness of all the allegations stated herein.
