CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Employment is made and entered into this

JIMBE GUIBONE NANONG, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and

a resident of Cagayan de Oro City, the sole proprietor of

hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYER;

referred to as the EMPLOYEE;

WITNESSETH:

The employment of the EMPLOYEE shall be governed by the

following terms and conditions:

a) His appointment is contractual and shall last for only three (3)
months to commence on _______________________ and to last
on _______________________;
b) His status as contractual may ripen into probationary or regular
depending on his performance on the job as may be determined
by the EMPLOYER;
c) He will be compensated at the minimum or prevailing wage for
an eight- hour a day work, excluding overtime, and other
benefits mandated by law, e.g., holiday pay, 13th month pay,
Service Incentive Leaves, etc., whenever applicable;
d) The EMPLOYEE shall not to accept any other employment while
working for the EMPLOYER;
e) The EMPLOYEE shall not engage in any business similar to the
business of the EMPLOYER and shall not disclose to other
parties any information he will learn or gather while under
employ of the EMPLOYER;
f) The EMPLOYEE shall adhere at all times to the policies, rules
and regulations of the EMPLOYER;
g) This employment may be terminated by the EMPLOYER for
cause;
