My Autobiography
My name is Maria V. Dimagiba. I was born on April 8, 2002, in Victoria, Tarlac. My
parents are Leon and Magdalena Dimagiba, and I have three younger siblings, Potpot, Lek-
lek, and Tin-tin. I attended Holy Family Catholic School in Tarlac City from kindergarten
until sixth grade. While there I participated in band, choir, Girl Scouts, Council of
Catholic Girls, volleyball, and basketball.
Attending a catholic school helped me to grow academically, in my faith, and as a
person, giving me high moral standards. In seventh to tenth grade, I attended Holy Family
Catholic School Junior High. I was involved in volleyball, basketball, and English Club. I
had been on honor roll every semester, and received the presidential academic award.
I currently attend Holy Family Catholic School Senior High School under twelfth grade.
I’ve been involved in SPA club, liturgical dance, youth group, Student Supreme Organization,
volleyball, and National Honor Society. I currently have a 99 cumulative g.p.a. and I was
the top 1 in my class of 52, last semester.
I am very motivated to create the best possible future for myself, and have worked
very hard to set that up. Some of my strengths include being a hard worker, dedicated, self-
motivated, and organized. My weaknesses are that sometimes I am overly ambitious and take
on too much at once, and that I tend to expect too much of others.
Next year, I plan to attend Central Luzon State University. I hope to be involved in
their college of Social Sciences to gain my Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Secondary
Education, major in English. After college, I hope to pursue my Master’s Degree abroad to
assist in my learning other languages.
I hope to become an effective and efficient teacher someday, working for a school
like Holy Family Catholic School. With this line of work, I would be able to teach students
with a silver lining.
