Re: Portfolio for Grade 9 and Grade 10 ABM Students

Mrs. Hartmann,

Greetings! In line with the upcoming work/business exposure trip of the Grade 9 and Grade 10
ABM students set tentatively on February 19 for Grade 9 students and February 20 for Grade 10
students, I am proposing that the students come up with a portfolio of the said work/business
exposure trip that will serve as their performance task.

The portfolio will consist of documentation of the company profile, the history of the place,
different photos of the place including the ins and outs of their operations and most importantly,
a narrative of what the students learned during the business exposure trip.

The main purpose of the portfolio is to measure what they have learned during the activities.
Creativity in designing the portfolio, perseverance and diligence will be tested.

The Rubrics that will be used in grading the portfolio are as follows:

Content of the Portfolio 50%

- Accuracy of Every Sections 20%
- Factual Information 15%
- Completeness of the Documentations 15%
Learnings 30%
- Applied Learning 15%
- Progress Reports 10%
- Personal Reflection Paper 5%
Grammar and Neatness 20%
- Mastery of the English Language 10%
- Checking of Grammar and Spelling 5%
- Cleanliness of the Portfolio 5%
TOTAL 100%

The Portfolio will be submitted on or before Friday, March 2, 2018.
