Responsibilities:

Assisted Design Staff with all AutoCAD related issues.

Drafted 2D and 3D drawings using hand drawing, AutoCAD and Solid works

Make duct model and Machine Parts using welding techniques arc welding, spot welding, MIG

PROJECT: “Carry Beg Paper Machine PM-3”. It`s great full to introduce my project at JKL. I am designing
Paper Machine Parts.

Felt roll and all including parts for relative motion of Machine. I have design revision term of felt roll as
per Design Data of PM-2.New felt roll diameter is 340mm for PM-3 designed as per fluctuation load of
Bearing. Machine contains no. of 60 rolls for felt operation. Bearing no. is (22318EK+AHX-2318) and
dynamic load rating is C= 637KN. So we design bearing housing for all felt roll, auto guide and
stretcher. For better dry We designed MG dryer.

Responsibilities:

Drafted 2D and 3D drawings using hand drawing, AutoCAD and Solid works

NPD for Sonalika Tractors, Swraj Mazda, Eicher and more clients.

Send request for quotation to customer.

Make PPAP(Production Part Approval Process).

Develop new Tool (Core and Cavity).

PROJECT: New tool development for” Steering wheel (PART NO. AA140ITL252)”. Revision was change
diameter of steering wheel from dia-360mm to dia-380mm and makes it less in weight.

We have change all engineering parameters, required dimensions and mixing ratio
of POLYURETHENE (Isooctane and Polyol) % of polyol make it harder.
▪
We used EN-31 Material for tool making on vertical machine centers. It is cheaper then Die
steel and does not affect on thermal conductivity K.
▪
Polyurethane (11671) Material is used for steering wheel.
▪
Density of Material is 0.001225 gm/mm3.
▪
Vickers Hardness test is required to find hardness Mathematical expression (V.H.=2F Sin 68/d2=
62 Shore-A). And by used Shore-A device 62.5 Shore-A.
