Describe​ ​any​ ​adults​ ​that​ ​enter​ ​the​ ​room​ ​during​ ​class​ ​time.​ ​ ​What​ ​did​ ​they​ ​do​ ​to​ ​support​ ​the 
instructor? There were three adults that came in throughout the class to help with the students. Most students in the class
have an IEP.
 
  I was very surprised to see what second graders are learning now a
What​ ​surprised​ ​you? days. They were learning how to multiply and divide. My first day
  there was unusual because my teacher wasn’t very organized or
ready for me to come in.
 
What​ ​questions​ ​do​ ​you​ ​have​ ​about​ ​the​ ​class​ ​you​ ​are​ ​observing? 
There weren’t questions about the class i observed. It was very different because this was
  the first observation i have done where they actually had me do hands on work. I got to help
  a student understand things that she didn’t get before.
Did​ ​you​ ​feel​ ​welcome​ ​in​ ​the​ ​school?​ ​ ​Explain. 
At first I wasn’t sure if i felt welcomed or not because the teacher i was observing was very
unorganized and wasn’t even expecting me. She had to switch her lesson plans the very last
minute. Other than her not being prepared it was a good learning experience about how
things don’t always work out
