Management and Organization

The owners will manage the business. As the owners, they are the ones to
prepare a business plan for the company. They can use marketing research to identify
trends and potential markets for their products. They have to provide guidance and
training for staffs. Introducing a new product and expanding into other markets are
decisions they have to make.
No matter how good your product or service is, you need marketing and sales to
drive the business. Marketing and sales strategies and implementations vary widely,
depending on the business, and could include schemes such as print advertising, public
relations, online marketing or networking.
As a small business owner, they can have a lifestyle of freedom and flexibility not
usually offered to an employee. However, being a small business owner also carries
greater responsibility with many more tasks to handle. Most small businesses have
limited resources when starting, which means that, as the owner, they have several
different jobs or roles, depending on the nature of the business. The business won’t
push through if there’s no managers/owners because they basically handle all the
important things.

employees. After the owner, the marketing department has two workers, as well as the
production department.

Job Owner. They are the entrepreneurs who start the business either a sole
proprietor, with a partner or as a corporation. They often handle the finance developing
or investing for the business to begin their venture.

Production Manager. They are the ones to ensure that the manufacturing
processes run efficiently and provide what is needed. They will be ultimately responsible
for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

Production Workers. A production worker maintains cleanliness, works on an

assembly line, puts together and inspects products, and obeys all company's safety
guidelines and standards. They are responsible for operating and maintaining equipment
in a factory or warehouse and prepare items to serve for the customers.

Marketing Manager. They manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the

organization and long term marketing strategy for the company. They are responsible for

in order to attract future customers and keep the existing ones.

Marketing Workers. They support the work of marketing managers and

executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing marketing
campaigns or sales strategies. One of its responsibilities is to conduct market research
