Sir, It is a humble request that I, Seema singh D/O Shri Shamsher Singh, R/O #H.No. 1666, Adarsh
Sainik Colony, T.P.C. No.2, Hisar Cantt., Haryana. Pincode- 125006. Mob. 946793169, am an
extremely peace loving gentry woman. I request you and to bring into your notice 1. That in
October 2013, alleged accused persons above stated, came to our place and kept a proposal for
marriage with Jitendra. They presented him as unmarried and employed under CISF. On believing
their words, my family accepted their proposal and as per Hindu rites and ceremonies, our marriage
was performed on 13-11-2013 in Hari Palace, Hisar (Receipt of Hari Palace attached therein). My
parents have spent approximately Rs. 15 Lacs on this marriage, which is way beyond our status
along with other articles in dowry (list attached). These articles were handed over to the accused
persons saying that whenever I need or ask for the same, it would be handed over, to which
everyone agreed. After marriage I resided with Jitendra and had a son from the marriage, Vaibhav,
now aged 4 years, who is now with me. 2. That the accused behaved appropriately for one year of
marriage. But later on, he started making excuses and indirectly kept unreasonable demands which
ended up into panicked argument and beatings. Moreover, the accused fraudulently gained my
father’s trust and was able to get Swift Desire Car from him, promising that he would get it
registered under my name. As a result, he took signatures of my father on blank papers and later
misappropriated it and in 2016 sold the car to some unknown person. Furthermore, the fixed deposit
of Rs. 1 Lac given by my father was concealed by him with intent to destroy it. 3. That the accused
later in January 2016 put me under pressure and forced me to bring Duster Car from my father’s
home. He argued and beat me when I disagreed to him on this and eventually, ejected me out of the
house. He also withdrew his responsibility to maintain me but I have submitted an application in
police station, Hisar on 16.09.2016 and on being action taken, accused promised to pay Rs. 8000/-
per month as maintenance. He continued to pay for sometime but later he made excuses and
stopped paying. 4. That on 13.06.2018, Jitendra came to our house in Hisar at around 6 o’clock and
started to abuse me. And further, he said that I will not settle with you. When I asked him for the
reason he said that he had married once before and left his wife, now he would leave me and marry
the third time and also threatened to kill me if I told this to anyone or I took legal action against
him. After this I filed a suit against him on domestic violence and for maintenance in Courts of
Hisar. 5. That the accused on receiving notice for the suit against him, Jitendra filed a suit for
annulment of marriage in Hisar Courts, notice of which was given to me on 04.10.2018. On the
same day of receiving notice, it was then when it came to my knowledge that Jitendra had got
married to Jagwanti D/O Shri. Gulaab Singh R/O Village Mot Karnail, Tehsil Narnaud, Distt. Hisar
before being married to me and that he had left her but never got any legal divorce. Also, he
concealed this fact and by fraud and misrepresentation, gained my family’s trust and got married to
me on 13.11.2013. This is how he destroyed my life and my son’s life. So it is kindly requested that
my petition be taken into notice and some action be taken readily by charging and penalising them
under IPC through criminal proceeding and that the accused be arrested as soon as possible so that I

Sir, Libel no. 156-NCW DT 07.12.18, by complainant Mrs. Seema Singh D/O Shri. Shamsher
Singh R/O H.No. 1666, Adarsh Sainik Colony, T.P.C. No. 2, Hisar Cantt., Haryana, was brought
into under investigation. During investigation, both the parties were, on 26.12.18 and 3/4.01.2019,
brought in for Counselling. Both parties have submitted their own written statements (attached
thereto). There was a complaint by Mrs. Seema prior to this case, complaint no. 7091-PU
Dt.11.10.18, regarding the same which now is under investigation. Complainant Seema Singh in her
complaint as well as statement mentioned about demand for dowry and cruelty, both physical and
mental, be her husband and in-laws and illegally retaining Stridhan, as blamed, and wants a criminal
proceeding against them for the same. So the complaint be sent to appropriate Police station Sadar
