This DEED OF SALE is made by and between;

I, , and hereinafter referred to as the Vendor;

and postal address at Dontogan Green Valley Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as
Vendee;

-WITNESSETH-

THAT the Vendor is the ABSOLUTE OWNER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE more

particularly described as follows, to wit;

THAT for and in consideration of the amount of (Php), receipt whereof is

hereby acknowledge in full from, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY and DELIVER,
by way of Absolute Sale, unto said Vendee, his heirs, assigns and successors in interest
the above-described motor vehicle.

THAT the Vendor warrants the same to be free from all liens and encumbrances.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
