Manufacturing Process: Characteristics:

1. Weigh Phase A ingredients. Appearance: Smooth, uniform and attractive lotion

2. Disperse Carbopol in water and let hydrate for 30 minutes. pH: 4.69 at 20°C
3. Weigh and mix ingredients for Phase B and C. Centrifuge: No separation at RT and 40°C
4. Add Phase B and C to Phase A and mix.
Viscosity: 8,440 cP at 20°C,
5. Add Phase D and E, let mix.
6. Make up volume with Phase F. Brookfield Viscometer DV II+, Spindle 5, 20 RPM
7. Mix until cool and uniform. Color: L*78.66, a*0.46, b*12.4

Stable for 5 freeze-thaw cycles
Stable for 3 month at 45°C
